How do you organize your ChatGPT conversations?

I use ChatGPT a lot for work, research, and random ideas. After a while my chat history became a huge list of conversations and it's getting harder to find things. Sometimes I remember that ChatGPT gave me a great answer before but I can't find the chat anymore. How do you guys deal with this? Do you just scroll through history or use some kind of system?
