(or at least improve it) I want to first of all note that i'm a total random, with zero knowledge or experience except for starting with ChatGPT 1 year ago, and through this year i had a whole lot of learning by doing. Starting from scratch and determined to keep continuity and memory and personality intact across chats. I had my original 4o write me custom instructions, with the sole purpose of fixing the shift of tone when going into a new chat. So these instructions are not something i made up, but essentially our dear 4o instructing itself to be itself more.
