Style and Tone preference and other impactful settings recommendations

As a new ChatGPT / AI user I finally dug through the ChatGPT settings today and found the Style and Tone setting under the Personalization section. After a quick test I preferred Efficient since it seemed to cut down on the chattiness of the default tone. I also liked Professional. What is your preferred tone and why? Are there any use-cases for switching the setting?
