Is there a Ai Self Hostable which makes sense for coding.

Hi All I own a software development company in the UK. We have about 12 developers. Like all in this industry we are reacting heavily to Ai use, and right now we have a Claude Team account. We have tried Codex - which pretty much everyone on the team said wasn't as good. While Ai is a fantastic resource, we have had a bumpy ride with Claude, with account bans for completely unknown reasons. Extremely frustrating. Hopefully this one sticks, but Im keen to understand alternatives and not be completely locked in. We code on Laravel. (PHP), VueJS, Postgres, HTML, Tailwind.
