Has anyone else noticed that AI makes curiosity loops almost impossible to stop?

Over the past two year I’ve been working a lot with coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor-style systems, etc.). Something unexpected started happening that I didn’t really anticipate. The work itself kinda started to feel strangely addictive, I mean like doom-scroll addictive! Atleast with coding agents, because the feedback loop is so fast, you can end up chasing deeper and deeper improvements or ideas without realizing how much time passed. Was talking to fellow colleagues and seems like they feel pretty much the same.
