Any guides on setting up Anime on Forge Neo?

I normally use forge classic and illustrious checkpoints but since I wanted to use anima and it won't work on classic I'm trying Neo. I've tried both the animaOfficial model and the animaYume with the qwen_image_vae but I'm just getting black images. I sometime get images when I restart everything but they look so strange.
