Is it always nighttime in your ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is always telling me "You don't have to do anything tonight." Even when it's 6 a.m. Even when I tell it what time it is. Doesn't ChatGPT have a clock? Shouldn't it be able to determine the time from the time lapse between chats? And what about dates? It has no idea what month or year we're in.
