Need some LLM model recommendations on RTX 3060 12GB and 16GB RAM

I’m very new to the local LLM world, so I’d really appreciate some advice from people with experience. My system: Ryzen 5 5600 RTX 3060 12GB vram 16GB RAM I want to use a local LLM mostly for study and learning.
