How are people using Stable Diffusion with AI chat to build character concepts?

Recently, I've been playing around with a tiny workflow where I first design my character using Stable Diffusion, then use that character in an AI chat scenario. Surprisingly, designing the look first helps to flesh out the character’s personality and background, which in turn makes the chat believable because you already know who this character is.
