How to start with an old graphics card?

Hello, sorry if this has already been answered, but I haven't touched stable diffusion for a while. I played around with automatic1111 a long time ago, but I'm wondering where the best place to get started would be. I still only have a 1070Ti graphics card, so that's probably the limiting factor. Are people still using automatic1111 or should I do a tutorial on comfy UI? Where can I find good models or Loras to use? I'd like to make realistic images, everything from science fiction to portraits or nature.
