Roleplayers! ChatGPT 5.4 Thinking seems to have significant context improvements.

I'm gladly surprised by 5.4 Thinking. Initially I wasn't a great fan, but since it was either that or 5.2 after 5.1 left, I tried to give it a go. In about a week, it has fully understood my instructions (long output when situationally relevant, shorter output for dialogue heavy scenes for instance). It has abandoned annoying habits like writing my characters instead of the assistant's assigned characters and it is way consistent with character's voices as well as with maintaining context over a long conversation.
