The internet forces us to create information predictably within fixed paradigms from the top down. We aren't replaceable if we own the architecture of our own thoughts and how we view the World. That starts by rejecting the feeds, the podcasts, the TikTok shorts, etc and reverting back to discovery-based learning where you set out with intentions to find something out instead of passively relying on the feeds and what is given to you.
