I've been studying advanced ChatGPT prompts for a year. The "Act As" method is the most underrated technique nobody talks about.

Most people are still writing prompts like this: "write me a caption for my product." That's why they get generic garbage back. The prompts that actually produce professional-level output all have one thing in common. They assign ChatGPT a role before giving it a task. Not a vague role. A specific, experienced, opinionated specialist who has a job to do. Here are the ones I use that actually work: "Act as a devil's advocate." Before I make any business decision I use this. I describe the decision and tell ChatGPT to argue every reason it's a bad idea. Be harsh, be specific, don't hold back.
