I need advice for create image

I want to train character lora for creating SFW and N SFW photos. I have ai generated character, i did it with nanobananapro and i want to train lora for instagram and OF influencing. I trained it for sdxl using colab but i didnt like results. I used some sdxl models, even if i create very realistic photos my character doesnot look like. Is flux options better for realism with trained lora? and can i create n sfw with flux? Z image or sdxl which one do you recommend? 3. How can i train lora with very good result? i want my lora look like my character exactly. 4.
