The deliberate attempt of major AI services to not be the one service to rule them all

This has been bugging me for a time now and I am talking about AI reasoning apps. The I am using different services, the I believe they have been designing their AI behavior in a way that they deliberately lack some features so they pass/lend users to other services. Whoever desires proper answers simply CANNOT endure just one service. This way, the crave for better answer increases.
