Best Text Encoder + Model Combos for 16GB VRAM (RTX 5070 Ti, 64GB RAM)?

Hey everyone, I’m running an RTX 5070 Ti with 64GB of RAM and 16GB of VRAM, and I’m looking to optimize my Stable Diffusion setup with the best text encoder and model combinations. My main use case is image editing, aiming to keep results as realistic as possible. I care much about image quality than speed, so I’m fine with heavier setups if they produce better results. That said, I’m not sure how far I can push things with 16GB of
