This is a different kind of use case and i debated posting it. but it's been genuinely helpful so here it is. i've been in therapy for 2 years for anxiety. one recurring problem: i'd show up to sessions and blank on what i wanted to talk about. the things that bothered me during the week would feel less important by thursday afternoon. or i'd remember 3 things and only get to 1 because i'd ramble. my therapist said this was common and suggested journaling between sessions. i'm not a journaler. i tried. the notebook sat empty.
