You’re giving feedback, which response do you prefer?

Anybody else find these as **insanely** distracting, and hugely burdensome on a cognitive level? Like, I get it, but I just cannot do these. I cannot spend the mental energy to critically evaluate two responses when I’m in the middle of an actual project I need to work on.
