Heads up sora will get you banned

I woke up to find my whole chatgpt account banned for breaking terms on sora? I havent used sora since the week it came out which is the weird part. And I made some dumb Rick and morty videos (nothing sexual). I've been a paid user since the option to pay existed. Anyway, i don't care since I use gemini and its far better.
