Is 4gb gpu usable for anything?

I looked but didn’t see a specific answer, is my gpu enough for anything? Or should I just wait 5 years for cloud hosted models that can do photorealism without censorship Edit: I’m a noob and apparently don’t have a dedicated gpu I was looking at the integrated gpu. RIP.
