To 128GB Unified Memory Owners: Does the "Video VRAM Wall" actually exist on GB10 / Strix Halo?

Hi everyone, I am currently finalizing a research build for 2026 AI workflows, specifically targeting 120B+ LLM coding agents and high-fidelity video generation (Wan 2.2 / LTX-2.3). While we have great benchmarks for LLM token speeds on these systems, there is almost zero public data on how these 128GB unified pools handle the extreme "Memory Activation Spikes" of long-form video. I am reaching out to current owners of the NVIDIA GB10 (DGX Spark) and AMD Strix Halo 395 for some real-world "stress test" clarity.
