What do you think about using AI for World building

I guess I should explain what I mean by AI. Like not using AI to like do all your World Building but like names, ironing out details, looking for plot holes. I am doing very extensive world building and sometimes I guess I do need it. I’m in high school and I’m trying to figure out how to create fictional languages while having a majority advanced classes and not having time to do the research. And personally i have really bad times ”imagining” things because I have aphantasia and so like the descriptions is hard for me. same thing with weather/climate that I’m currently working on.
