Yesterday, the Unsloth de actually responded to my question over in r/unsloth and confirmed that MLX fine-tuning is expected sometime early next month in unsloth studio. If they actually nail this and ship it properly, it’s going to be a pretty huge moment for anyone doing local AI work on MacBooks and Mac Studios.
