Are there full AI YouTube video editors now?

I watch a lot of these science mini documentaries on yt. And up until recently I actually just assumed someone made a lot of effort in the video editing. But today I was watching and looking at the ungodly amount of edits in these videos and some weird quirks in the voiceover (absolutely perfect in intonation and tone, just mispronunciation) and it occurred to me these are fully ai. But all the edits are completely contextually spot on down to the scientific diagrams they use as they talk.
