is anyone else going insane trying to track llm api costs across providers?

So i've been building this side project that uses llm apis and holy shit the pricing is all over the place. been manually tracking costs across openai, anthropic, and a few others and it's driving me nuts. like openai charges per token but then there's caching, anthropic has different rates for haiku vs sonnet, some providers charge for prompts vs completions differently. i made a spreadsheet and it's a mess lol.
