How are you guys structuring prompts when building real features with AI?

When you're building actual features (not just snippets), how do you structure your prompts? Right now mine are pretty messy: I just write what I want and hope it works. But I’m noticing: • outputs are inconsistent • AI forgets context • debugging becomes painful Do you guys follow any structure? Like: context → objective → constraints → output format?
