Honestly the claim is wild, just as it is extraordinary, but I think this is the state of the world today - judging by the tertiary signs and vibes. What makes me think this is true, is a convergent analysis. The potential converged with the signs points to this being true. Like tuning in the radio to a specific frequency on 5th of October, 1957, and hearing a signal repeating each 100 minutes at 20 Mhz - you would determine that someone launched something that is now orbiting the earth.
