is chatgpt actually making people worse at explaining their own ideas?

Been noticing this with coworkers who use it for everything. they can generate solid explanations but when you ask them to walk through the logic themselves they kinda freeze up. like the muscle for articulating thoughts is atrophying. or maybe im just being weird about it, idk. anyone else seeing this or am i overthinking? submitted by /u/Specialist_Golf8133 [link] [comments]
