Fix: Force LTX Desktop 1.0.3 to use a specific GPU (e.g. eGPU on CUDA device 1)

If LTX Desktop 1.0.3 isn't recognising your eGPU or second GPU, it's because two files in the backend are hardcoded to always use CUDA device 0. You need to change them to device 1.
