Structured AI review workflows seem more useful than one-shot prompting for long-form analysis

I’ve been experimenting with a structured AI workflow for long-form research instead of just asking one model for one polished answer. The main difference is that it splits the process into phases like planning, role-specific analysis, claim extraction, fact-checking, challenge/review, and final synthesis. What seems interesting to me is not “AI made a long document,” but whether forcing important claims through review/evidence steps actually makes the output inspectable and less slop-prone.
