Trying to build a personal AI Assistant agent that anyone can install and use for free (Local Model First)

I've been working solo on Xoul - a local AI agent that runs on Ollama. The whole point of this project is that everyone should have their own AI secretary, for free, running on their own PC. No cloud, no subscription, no API costs. My biggest goal from day one was that someone like my wife - who doesn't know what a terminal is - should be able to install it and use it. So the setup is just: download zip, run install.bat, done. It handles Ollama, Python, QEMU, everything. All tool execution runs inside a sandboxed.
