Could HappyHorse be Z-video in disguise, from Alibaba?

Previously, someone asked if there would be a Z-video four months ago. Today, bdsqlsz says he knows it is from a Chinese company. Someone in the comments mentioned Z-video too. The website for HappyHorse says that it is going to be fully open-source, 15B parameters, 8 steps inference. So in this case, we now know that it is not from Google, initially I thought it was a prank website.
