Stable Diffusion workflow for building a short narrative sequence

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to use Stable Diffusion to move beyond single images and build a short sequence that actually feels like a story. Using SDXL + ControlNet + LoRA + ComfyUI, I can get things somewhat consistent, but I still notice small drifts, especially in faces, lighting, and overall continuity. Curious how others are dealing with this: How do you keep characters consistent across frames? How do you approach continuity in SD workflows?
