Do the people who are so against AI... just not know how to use it?

There is so much hate I see online about AI and how it produces slop, doesn't work, makes things up, etc. While I would agree with a lot of these takes a year ago or more. I feel like they haven't really tried it recently. For example, when I use GPT's 'Heavy' thinking mode and audit the results. I rarely find mistakes/hallucinations anymore. The times I do it is minor and similar to a mistake that a human would make. Years ago, before AI, I built an informational website/blog. It served as THE resources about the topic. I wrote 500 articles and took me years to build it up.
