It finally happened, I actually had a use case for a local LLM and it was brilliant

I've had aerosinusitis a few times before in my life and it was fairly painful, but not something that happens often. Today on a flight I had an overwhelming bout of it, the pressure was genuinely unbearable, and I had no painkillers with me. I was on a cheap flight, in the cheap seats so no Wifi. I've been playing around with local LLMs on my laptop for a year or so, but it's always been pure novelty. It suddenly dawned on me that I could use Gemma 4 mid-air, and so I pulled out my laptop and asked for any way I could possibly reduce the pain.
