Automate Text Replacement in Images

Hi everyone. So I have to create a automation where I have to replace numbers in images with a custom number. For eg. in the attached image I have to replace 561.461.7411 with another number and image should look like its not edited. Now currently team is using photoshop for editing, but we have to automate it now. I am currently able to detect text in images which are numbers. But I am stuck at the replacement step.
