Question about ChatGPT

Hi everyone I am recently new to ChatGPT. I had a question on asking is specific questions, how come if I word it differently depending on how I ask it, it will give me the most likely possibility when it actually isn’t. Is this common when asking ChatGPT specific questions? I’m very sorry if this is something obvious as I just want to understand it better.
