An AI agent that remembers user issues, adapts responses, and improves over time. We have spent years optimizing AI to answer questions correctly, yet we still build systems that forget you asked the question in the first place. If there is one thing that developers and engineers can universally agree on, it is that stateless customer flows are deeply flawed. A user encounters an anomaly, the agent (human or AI) provides a standard Level 1 checklist, and the user tries it.
