What're some workflows you can't get ChatGPT to do reliably?

I use ChatGPT a lot for one-off tasks and it's usually pretty solid. But most times when I try to build an actual repeatable workflow, something in the chain breaks. Either the context gets lost, the output format drifts, or it just can't connect to the tools I need.
