Is chatgpt fast’s hallucinations a national security risk?

Entire businesses are basing their companies around cheap AI. Using ChatGPT 5. The reasoning model was correct. But, the fast model gave me misinformation that Stampede was a movie rather than the Trigun series. I still quibble with the reasoning of the reasoning model but I think fast could lead to many intentionally destructive decisions spiraling fast.
