Claude Code accounts switcher, Finally!!

Picture this. You've spent time getting Claude Code just right - your skills configured, plugins loaded, MCP servers humming. It feels good. You're productive. Then you switch accounts. Gone. All of it. I have a personal Claude account and a work one. Every switch meant re-authenticating through the browser AND rebuilding my entire setup. It happened enough times that I stopped switching - and that's when I knew I had a problem. So I built claud-code-account-switcher.
