Can someone upscale or recreate this Big-O cheat sheet infographic in 4K or vector quality?

I found this Big-O time/space complexity cheat sheet infographic, but the resolution is very low and the text becomes blurry when zooming or printing. I was wondering if someone could use Stable Diffusion (img2img / SD Upscale / Real-ESRGAN / Topaz etc.) to upscale or recreate it in very high resolution (4K, 8K, or vector-like quality).
