What an AIGD Platform Should Actually Solve

Generative AI

Lately I’ve been seeing people talk about the idea of an AIGD platform, but I think the conversation still drifts too quickly toward features. People get excited about image generation, code suggestions, world-building prompts, and all the obvious AI moments. Fair enough. Those things are flashy. But if an AIGD platform is going to matter, it has to solve a boring problem first: friction. That’s still the real issue. A lot of game creation is not blocked by lack of imagination. It’s blocked by how messy the workflow gets once an idea leaves your head.
