Curious: what makes Claude more human to talk to than ChatGPT?

I’m talking specifically about Claude Opus/Sonnet 4.6 vs GPT 5.4. Not the older variants where it used to be the opposite case. ChatGPT seems so rigid and consultant-like, compared to Claude which is way personable. I get the same answers from both so accuracy is not the problem. The problem is how the answer is “dressed up”.
