OpenAI Promising Monthly Model Updates Is A Very Bad Thing

Did you guys notice the difference between IOS 18.1, 18.2, and 18.3? Probably not. How about the difference between Android 16, 15, and 14? These days, when my tells me to update, I treat it like spam mail and delay updating until I'm forced to. I felt the same experience recently going from Claude Opus 4.5 to 4.6, from Gemini 3 to 3.1, and from GPT 5.2 to GPT 5.4. 5.3 is not even worth mentioning. The differences are no longer noticeable. In some ways the "new" models have even regressed from the previous version.
