U. S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick says Nvidia still hasn't sold a single H200 AI GPU to China, despite the ban being lifted four months ago. The Chinese government is making it difficult for Chinese companies to import Nvidia chips in a bid to the country's own domestic semiconductor industry.
