I am afraid of AGI/ASI

I've seen so many people on this sub being so excited about how AGI/ASI is going to create a paradise, but I just don't find tech CEOs trustworthy, nor do I trust the American and Chinese governments to ensure that people have equal access to those powerful models. This is nothing like the industrial revolution, which created new jobs, and thus the working class was still needed.
