Where to begin creating at stable-diffusion-art.com

I just joined stable-diffusion-art.com because I want to use generative AI especially text to image generation. And because stable-diffusion-art.com looks like it has some good community and tutorials. Where do I actually go to enter a prompt and generate an image? I want to practice as I learn. I went to, but that seems to just be a tutorial. It looks informative, but I have nowhere to actually practice writing a prompt and seeing what AI generates. If I need to load a program to my PC to do this, OK, just tell me what to install locally.
