Did ChatGPT quietly break Projects? Chats now show in Recents even after moving them

I share a ChatGPT Plus account with family (not ideal, I know). Up until recently, I was using Projects to keep my personal chats out of the main Recents list. It worked exactly how you’d expect move a chat into a Project, and it disappears from Recents. Now that’s completely changed. I can move chats into a Project, but they still show up in Recents, which means anyone using the account can still see them. That basically kills the whole point of using Projects for organisation/privacy.
