What are the chances that Elon's lawsuit with Altman will spell doom for OpenAI?

Let's be honest we know why he's doing it and it's not because Altman "stole a charity", it's because he wants to get rid of competition, and OpenAI is the biggest competition for xAI there is. But the thing is Elon has essentially infinite money at his disposal, and has good ties with the Trump administration who run everything and make all the decisions right now.
